How many design requests can I make?

You can add as many requests to your Trello board queue as you want and they will be completed one by one.

How do I request work?

You request work via Trello, here you will submit your brief, add comments and give feedback. If you'd like you can send a Loom video in describing your brief.

Is there any design work you don’t do?

We don't do print design, 3D and animation design. We are currently working on bringing packaging design to our services shortly.

What if I only have one request?

If you only have one request, that's fine you can pause or cancel at any time and come back to your subscription at a later date.

What if I'm not satisfied with the design?

We offer unlimited revisions until you're 100% satisfied with the design.
